Typical Asian market that you can find most of your essential but not as clean as you would want a market. There were some noodle packages that had bugs in them and that was a big no no. Would definitely not want to buy any of that!

This neighborhood Asian market is large compared to others in this area. Very compact with long thin aisles, messy floors, stacks of boxes, tons of inventory and an overall disheveled look. Located on Waters just west of Dale Mabry, it's owned by the same folks at Saigon Deli and it's in the same strip center. This place in particular looks a bit sketchy when it comes to prepared foods, fresh meats and seafood. Be very observant, discerning and selective. The ambiance does not exude confidence. I do not touch the seafood here unless it's frozen. I avoid most of the meats and only buy the freshest. Tiny aisles give it a tight crowded vibe. You can, however, find just about anything your recipe calls for. It is much larger than it 1st looks, an entire large area of product is somewhat hidden off to the right past the entrance. Even as a seasoned and frequent shopper in Asian stores, there are a 1000 things that are completely foreign to me. I cook a lot of asian food but the main draw for me is fruits, veggies and pricing. Finally! The Asian supermarket that I was looking for. Mesri curry paste, canned bamboo, water chestnut, baby corn, dried mushrooms, Sriracha, tofu, seitan, and fresh (!) produce. The first time I was able to find yu choy in the area but the gai choy looked also great.

Great small place with a great variety of tropical fruit. Wish they had the mangosteen. they had fresh durian, star apple and more. Worth a visit in Tampa.

This place is owned by the same people that own Saigon Deli which is in the same complex. The store seems a bit overcrowded because the store isn't shaped like a normal market, it feels almost confined but there are many treasures there to be found that can't be found at other oriental stores. It can get stuffy if there are a lot of people there since the aisles are small but everyone is respectful. They have meats, veggies, refrigerated items, fish, etc. The selection here is definitely comparable. The cashier and bagger were very nice and thanked us for coming. They were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I would definitely return if I am in the area. I highly recommend.
